In the last visit of Shri Banke Bihari, the founder of the organization Tanuj Gupta met Vladimir, a Krishna lover from Russia, in the ISKCON temple. During the conversation, it came out that today lakhs of devotees have started coming to Shri Banke Bihari's city Vrindavan not only from the country but also from abroad, but even today Vrindavan is a place equipped with modern facilities where natural beauty, open environment, There is no grand Satsang Bhawan which gives a feeling of Krishna-like atmosphere, where the coming Krishna devotees can reside as well as feel connected with Lord Krishna and Hindu religion.

During this journey, Tanuj Gupta, a devotee of Lord Krishna, thought of building a grand dharamshala and temple in Vrindavan, the land of Lord Krishna, in which various incidents ranging from the childhood exploits of Lord Krishna to the Mahabharata etc. would be depicted, with the grace of the Lord and the cooperation of Krishna devotees.
